DUI/OUI
I handle all matters related to charges of driving under the influence, from concerns regarding the suspension or revocation of driving privileges to the determination of criminal penalties. I carefully examine all aspects of an arrest, reviewing whether there was probable cause to make the traffic stop, whether you were properly advised of your constitutional rights, and whether field sobriety and breathalyzer tests were correctly administered. Domestic Violence/Assault and Battery
